  • Help you lean about your mental illness
  • Help you achieve goals such as:
    • Obtaining an education
    • Securing a job
    • Locating a place to live
    • Expanding your social network
    • Achieving financial stability
    • Medication education
Who is eligible?
  • Anyone 18 years of age or older
  • Anyone with a diagnosed mental illness
  • Anyone eligible for medical assistance (MA, Minnesota Care, GAMC, etc)
  • All services are based on mental illness symptom interference in daily life and medical necessity.
