Safe Transitions, the pioneer in foster care for adults with mental illness, currently has a Full-Time House Supervisor position open in Cloquet, MN. 

 

The House Supervisor provides management in the home, working along with the Program Coordinator. Also provides direct services to clients according to support plans, is directly responsible for the monitoring of client behaviors and program activities to assure the safety and well-being of each client. The House Supervisor is responsible for delivering the highest quality services possible.

 

Requirements for employment are:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • Experience working with adults with mental illness is preferred
  • State & County Background Clearance
  • You may be required to drive your own vehicle if a company vehicle is not available
  • Successful completion of the corporation’s new employee checklist & trainings
