Safe Transitions is seeking an Adult Mental Health Rehabilitation Practitioner for ARMHS. Current part-time opening for Duluth and Cloquet areas. Must qualify as a rehabilitation practitioner according to MN Statute 245.462, subd. 18 Apply online at www.safetransitions.org or contact Alison Stowell at (218) 878-1364 by 12/28/09. EEOC A Practitioner: 1. Holds a Bachelor’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and: a. Has at least 2,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of services to persons with mental illness*; or 2. Has at least 6,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of services to persons with mental illness*; or 3. Is a graduate student in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields and is formally assigned by an accredited college or university to an agency or facility for clinical training; or 4. Holds a Master’s or other graduate degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and has 4,000 hours post-master’s experience in the treatment of mental illness. * Exclusively with adults with mental illness or children with a severe emotional disturbance in a supervised setting (with performance reviews) and regular documented mental illness training. **Internal Safe Transitions applicants may apply hours worked in Adult Foster Care/ILP to qualify for ARMHS position |
