Moose Lake

The Moose Lake home is a two story split entry home with a country-like setting within the city, walking distance of downtown for shopping, going to the library, movies, coffee shops or some relaxing fishing in the nearby lake. The Moose Lake house has a large backyard for entertaining, playing yard games or just sitting back and watching the various wildlife that call this home. We provide weekly shopping trips, social group or activities trips planned by the residents. Some past activities include trips to the state fair, Monster Truck shows, barbeques, picnics at the local state parks and scenic train rides. If you're someone who enjoys the country, but likes the city this may be the house for you.

Those who live at the Moose Lake home must be able to navigate steps to enter and leave the home.  The program is designed to the individual needs of each client.  24 hour staffing is provided with additional staff coverage added as needed for each individual served.
