Moose Lake

Moose Lake, MN

Moose Lake is a split level house, located on a quiet dead end road. There is a spacious yard, with flowers and nature all around. The home is within walking distance of shopping and a short drive from downtown. Moose Lake is a spacious home, with a large living space and kitchen. There is rooms on each level of the home, with multiple shared bathrooms. We provide weekly shopping trips, social group or activities trips planned by the residents. Some past activities include trips to the state fair, Renaissance festival, barbecues, picnics at the local state parks and pow-wows.

The program is designed to the individual needs of each client. 24 hour staffing is provided with additional staff coverage added as needed for each individual served.
