New Horizons

Cambridge, MN

New Horizons is a two level rambler home located in a beautiful neighborhood in Cambridge.  New Horizons has two family rooms where games of scrabble, cribbage and cards take place on a daily basis as well as socializing over a cup of coffee and home made cookies. There is a deck off the back the home that overlooks the large back yard and wonderful flower gardens.  New Horizons residents enjoy bar-b-ques, sitting by the campfire,  taking a stroll down the walking paths through out the neighborhood, playing a fun game of basketball, and many other activities that take place throughout the year. You can expect the support you need to achieve your goals through employment opportunities in town, the local community college, a wide variety of support groups, the library, fitness center, as well as many community activities. If you enjoy a quiet and caring atmosphere then New Horizons is the place for you!

Those who live at New Horizons must be able to navigate just a few steps to enter and leave the home.  The program is designed to the individual needs of each client.  24 hour staffing is provided with additional staff coverage added as needed for each individual served.
